Court Accompaniment

Emotional and procedural support during hearings, trials, and sentencing.

Our Approach

Navigating the court process can feel overwhelming, uncertain, and emotionally taxing. Our Court Accompaniment & Support provides victim-survivors with compassionate, trauma-informed support before, during, and after court appearances. We recognize that each victim-survivor's experience is unique, and we strive to create a sense of safety, understanding, and empowerment throughout the legal process.

Our team offers emotional support, preparation, and guidance to help victim-survivors understand what to expect during hearings, trials, sentencing proceedings, and other court-related appearances. While we do not provide legal advice or representation, we can help explain court procedures, answer questions about the process, and serve as a supportive presence alongside victim-survivors as they navigate these experiences.

We are committed to honoring each victim-survivor's choices, pace, and needs. Whether someone is seeking information, emotional support, or simply a trusted person to accompany them through a difficult moment, our role is to provide compassionate, survivor-centered support that respects their autonomy, dignity, and well-being.
